How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for those urgent pet supplies.
What is your return policy for pet products?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in original packaging and unused. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened bags of treats or used beds cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Coastal Pets ships within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our paw-print to more countries soon.
Are your treats and food items ethically sourced?
